Honestly, like @11:00 for example or just before there, he gives these little tips and if you really listen to what he's saying, you can save so much time with your cuts, which ofc means more money each hour!! He's mentioning skipping guards to save time and doing that work with his number 1 guard. Then little things, like get the neck whilst it's still wet as it's lubed (from wetting the clients hair) and get that neck hair shaved out of the way whilst saving shave gel and saving time applying it. Seems so obvious, but I never see other barbers do this on UA-cam. MC Barber is a master, absolute pioneer of the trade! I've never seen other barbers use an Osker Octane on wet hair and just shred through bulk and create a foundation! I bet undisturbed and with no distractions, he can smash through a cut using far less time than a typical barber
